The ground rules for using this site
These terms govern your use of NetMirror — the informational website. By continuing to browse, read or interact with this site you agree to the conditions below. If any clause feels unreasonable, please stop using the site and reach out via the contact form.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NetMirror (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These terms apply to all visitors — readers, browsers, contact-form senders and anyone else who interacts with the Site in any way.
Who we are
NetMirror is an independent, fan-run information resource about the NetMirror streaming app — install guides, FAQ, current URLs, safety reports and user reviews. We are not the developers of the app and are not affiliated with Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Sony, Zee, or any other streaming service or trademark holder mentioned anywhere on this site. For the full non-affiliation list, see the Disclaimer or About page.
Use of this site
You may access and read the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may also share links to pages, quote short excerpts for commentary or news (with attribution), and submit messages through the contact form for legitimate inquiries.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
No streaming service
The Site itself does not host, upload, store, transmit, stream or distribute any audio-visual content. Any references to movie titles, show names, episode lists, or live channels are informational only — used to describe what categories of content the NetMirror app aggregates from third-party sources.
Operational control over the streaming infrastructure, content sources and CDNs referenced by the NetMirror app sits entirely with the app developers and their upstream content providers — not with us.
Intellectual property
Site content — the original text, design, layout, code, illustrations and editorial reviews on this Site are owned by NetMirror or licensed for our use. You may quote short excerpts for non-commercial commentary with attribution. Republication, scraping, automated extraction, or any commercial reuse requires written permission.
Third-party trademarks — all product names, logos, brands and trademarks shown on this Site (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, Apple TV+, SonyLIV, Zee5, Crunchyroll and any others) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this Site is strictly for identification and reference. No endorsement is implied.
For copyright concerns, see our DMCA Policy.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or any account associated with it.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, crawlers, bots) to extract Site content at unreasonable rates or for commercial purposes.
- Submit false, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene or otherwise unlawful content through the contact form.
- Use the Site to violate any applicable local, national or international law.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site (e.g., DDoS, exploit attempts, malware).
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any underlying software not made openly available.
We reserve the right to block, rate-limit, or otherwise restrict access for any visitor who violates these terms.
Third-party services & links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services or apps that are not owned or controlled by us — including the NetMirror streaming app itself, App Store listings, Telegram, browser tooling and so on. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or accuracy of any third-party service.
Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party services entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep install guides, version numbers, file hashes, URLs and safety reports up to date — but app versions and third-party services change frequently and some information may become stale. For full disclaimer details, see the Disclaimer page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetMirror, its editors, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from or related to:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or referenced by the Site.
- Any content obtained from the Site.
- Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions or limitations. To the extent any limitation is unenforceable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the equivalent in your local currency.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NetMirror, its editors and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys\' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Minor clarifications may be made silently. Continued use of the Site after a material change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may also discontinue any feature of the Site, change the layout, or take the Site offline temporarily or permanently — without notice and without liability to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of India.
If you reside outside India, additional consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under those laws.
